Organizational Strengths Strategy & Facilitation

Partner with leadership teams and organizations to design and implement customized strengths-based development strategies that align individual and collective talents with business goals. Through facilitated planning sessions, I guide organizations in embedding CliftonStrengths and emotional intelligence principles into their culture, performance systems, leadership development, and change initiatives.
